People ask us all the time if we earn a lot of money... sat out on the strip last night for over six hours. got $52 and some change. BUT, played bingo this morning at Ellis Island and won $50 *first time*...
But that is not the usual. We were used to getting usually a hundred each night. that was a few weeks back, but it's hit and miss. and you can't go out every night and sit in the same spot and expect to get that kind of tips. it just won't work that way.
Always trying to figure out a way to earn a bit more cash, aside from getting a job working for the man, that is.
There are people out there who are struggling to make music. Either they are in difficult life situations, like home(house)lessness, family difficulties, students etc. They just don't have what they need to get or keep an instrument, strings, repairs, lessons, whatever it may be.
This page is dedicated to helping these people. Music is so important. Making music is fundamental to so many people. Sometimes someone just needs a little help.

What most people don’t realize is that street acts and buskers perform a great service for society. If our 1st amendment rights to free speech are not put to use they will be lost. Buskers effectively maintain these rights by making use of them every day. Think about it!
